With complete new custom piston, rings, pin, clips, needle cage, Mikuni 135 main jet, 35 idle jet, two base gaskets, head gasket, exhaust gasket and valve gear gasket. This kit will change the original displacement of your bike. The Yamaha TY175 sold in France in 125 is in fact a Yamaha TY 175 whose displacement was reduced to 125 (121cc). This 200 kit (190cc approximately) as used by Mick Andrews at the time is thus completely compatible with its original technical characteristics provided of course that you start with a cylinder / cylinder head in 175. It is impossible to carry out this assembly with a cylinder in 125cc (too thin liner) On the other hand, according to the French regulations, your registration card must be modified in relation to its new displacement, your insurer must be notified and you must therefore proceed with the appropriate license to drive it on roads open to traffic, if not, only a use in competition or in private land will be possible according to the legislation.
