Aluminium Professional Varnish 250ml

Properties :

- Restom AluFilm 4040 is an anti-corrosion, anti-tarnishing protection for non-ferrous metals (aluminum, light alloys, copper, brass, ...).

- Glossy appearance on polished surface; satin appearance on unpolished surface.

- After curing, Restom AluFilm 4040 is insensitive to oils, fuels, de-icing salts and heat up to 180 °C (Japanese motorcycle engine casings, ...).

Implementation information :

- Restom AluFilm 4040 is applied with a brush on small parts or with a spray gun (dilution with 10% acetone).

- The old varnish must first be stripped (Restom DKPANT 4031), and the bare surface must be thoroughly degreased.

- Applicable on Restom Epoxy EAF 2092, MotorPeint PMV 3030 and KPM 6000 Base for more shine.

- After a minimum of 3 days of drying at 20°C, the parts must be baked to cross-link the varnish: 30 minutes at 150°C in a domestic oven or with a thermal stripper (15 minutes by sweeping at 50 cm).

Yield and packaging :

- 1 bottle of 250 mL = 1 to 2 m², depending on the application method.
